In March 2018, WWDA conducted a short survey to ask our members and friends about healthcare accessibility.
We’ve compiled a brief summary report of your responses from the survey. We’ve sent this summary report to the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities’ to help inform her report on right of people with disability to the highest attainable standard of health.
Later this year, WWDA will draw on your responses to compile a more extensive position statement on the right to access health, which will complement WWDA’s existing human rights toolkit and suite of resources.
