We are excited to announce that we have launched our WWDA LEAD Mentoring program! This is an 8-month program designed to build the confidence, skills and capacity of our members.
If you are a woman, girl, feminine identifying or non-binary person with disability looking to build your leadership skills, connections, or help someone else build theirs, then this program is for you!
This program will help mentees to work towards their leadership goals, build their confidence, gain exposure and broaden networks with support and guidance from their mentor.
The biggest reason that mentors tell us they love this program is because of the great sense of reward and satisfaction they get from ‘paying it forward.’ Additionally, mentors often report improved leadership and coaching skills.

To ensure that we can pair people up with someone who will be the best fit for them, we’ll be asking people to apply to the program by completing an online application form. This online sign-up form is available until the 13th of August.
