Self-care is important for making sure we can be the best version of ourselves. There are various forms of self-care such as:

Physical
exercising, sleeping, eating nutritious foods

Mental
meditation, counselling, journaling, artwork

Financial
saving for something you need or love, setting a budget, paying the bills

Social
calling or catching up with friends or family

Community
volunteering in your community, looking after your community 

Purpose
learning more about something of interest, taking a holiday or doing activities you value
