Terms and Conditions for the Membership Satisfaction Survey giveaway

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, WWDA refers to the organisation who is running this giveaway. WWDA stands for Women With Disabilities Australia.

  • To enter the giveaway you need to enter your contact details including your name. WWDA will not disclose your name or any personal details when we announce the winners. WWDA will be sharing that the 5 winners have been drawn and given their prizes.
  • The “Prize” refers to 5 x $100 individual vouchers available to 5 different people.
  • By entering the giveaway you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 11.59pm on the 16th of October 2023. Five (5) winners in Australia will be selected at random by WWDA by the end of October 2023 and the winner will be notified via the contact details provided within 28 days of the giveaway closure date.
  • Each entrant will be assigned a number and using a random number generator on random.org WWDA will select five (5) winners of the prize.
  • The entry is only open to residents of Australia.
  • No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the giveaway.
  • Entering this competition means that you are eligible to enter.
  • Entrants must be over 15 years old on the date of their entry.
  • By entering this draw, entrants aged 15-18 years warrant that you have sought consent from a relevant parent or guardian.
  • Employees of WWDA are not eligible to enter.
  • Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platform that this survey is shared to are not in any way affiliated or involved in the giveaway.
  • Only one entry per person will be accepted.
  • Each entrant shall enter the giveaway by filling in their contact details at the end of the survey.
  • The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered, using a random number generator. WWDA will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
  • WWDA will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, WWDA shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
  • WWDA cannot change these terms and conditions part way through the promotion, or create and enforce terms and conditions retrospectively, unless in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond WWDA’s reasonable control. In this case, WWDA reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway or these terms and conditions.
  • WWDA’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • Entrants that breach these terms and conditions will be disqualified from the giveaway.
  • If any of the winners of the draw cannot be contacted or are disqualified, then WWDA will redraw new winner(s) until all the vouchers have been claimed.
  • The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  • The giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by Australian law and are subject to all applicable federal and state and territory laws and regulations. Nothing in these terms and conditions purports to limit, exclude, or modify the operation of those laws and regulations.
