With the support of the LEAD Project Steering Committee and the LEAD Co-Design Committee, two important community-led teams with members from around Australia, the WWDA LEAD team is able to explore what Leadership looks, sounds and feels like through the diverse lived experiences and lenses of Australian women, girls, feminine-identifying and non-binary people with disability.
We have received fantastic insight and feedback from these teams and we are honoured to have their expertise, voice and meaningful collaboration on some of WWDA’s largest projects. The discussions we have with these committees inform and help us create content throughout the entire year, but on Leadership Week 2022, we’re sharing content to our members to build their empowerment and capacity.
